The Sentence (Story) Game

All you do is write one sentence that continues the long never ending story I am about to start

I will be posting a bunch of sentences to start the story off

Here it goes!
Once upon a time there was a band named McFly. They were hugely popular in the UK and everyone loved them. They got to do a lot of things in their time being a band so far. They've been in a US movie, recorded an album in Australia, visited the Ugandans, and a lot more. One day Tom got a phone call. He got really happy and immediately called the other 3 guys. He told them they were getting a great opportunity in the US to record an album with music videos and they would get to promote it on US radio. They all immediately said yes and a week passed and they were on their way to the states.

When McFly had gotten to the US (they landed in Chicago) there was only a small group of about 20 people there to greet them even though Tom had tweeted it so much, but McFly didn't care they still loved that someone was welcoming them to the US.
